These terms govern your use of Clerkenwell Coupons (the "site"), a free voucher-code finder operated by Jade Browser Limited. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What the service is

The site lets you search UK retailers and see voucher and discount codes that may reduce the price of an order at that retailer. It is an information service only. We are not a party to any purchase you make — that is strictly between you and the retailer.

2. Codes are indicative, not guaranteed

We gather codes from public voucher sources and our own automated scans, then rank them by how likely they are to work. Despite that, a code may:

• have expired or been withdrawn by the retailer since we last checked;
• be restricted to certain customers (e.g. new customers), certain products, or a minimum spend;
• not stack with other offers, or not apply to sale items.

We make no promise that any code will work or produce a saving. Always check the code and its conditions at the retailer's own checkout before you rely on it. The final price the retailer charges is the price that counts.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the site for your own personal, non-commercial shopping.
• Don't scrape, bulk-download, or systematically harvest the site, and don't try to overload or disrupt it.
• Don't misuse the site to break a retailer's own terms (for example, by abusing single-use or new-customer codes).

4. External links and how we may make money

The site links out to third-party retailers. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, prices, or terms.

The service is free to you. In future, some outbound links may be affiliate links, meaning if you click through and buy, we may earn a small commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. This never changes the codes we show you or the order they appear in — ranking is by likelihood of working, not by commission.

5. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on a code — including a code that fails to work or a purchase that turns out not to be the deal you expected. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, and code are owned by Jade Browser Limited. Retailer names and brands belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the store whose codes we list.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
